Boot Box Return Policy
- Proof of purchase is Required.
- No cash refunds on worn merchandise.
- Warranty adjustments are determined by manufacturer.
- All returned products must be clean and dry.
- Excessive wear and abuse are not covered by warranty.
- All items must be new and unused to receive money back.
- If paid for with a Credit Card the refund will go back on the Credit Card.
- If you do not have a receipt, you will only receive store credit.
- Cash will only be given on new and unused items with a cash receipt.
- All warranty consideration is from the ORIGINAL purchase date, NOT replacement date.
THE BOOT BOX offers $10.00 shipping as a service to our customers (some restrictions may apply). This is a very reasonable and small amount compared to many leading catalog services. Due to this, THE BOOT BOX is not responsible for return shipping on items that need to be exchanged or returned for credit. Return postage is the purchasers responsibility plus an additional $10.00 for return shipping when requesting an exchange.

- If you wish to return merchandise for refund or exchange at your expense, there is no need to call.
- Customers are responsible for all lost and damaged items in return shipping so please insure.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
